The hotel is situated in a rich area of Sao Paulo, right opposite the city's most expensive shopping mall. it is really close to a really nice mall, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts. The rooms are beautiful and have a separate sitting area and balcony, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast is fantastic with a big buffet and a chef cooking personalized dishes like omelets, pancakes, and tapiocas.
The free Wi-Fi in the hotel is reported to be awful, which can be a disappointment for guests who rely on the internet for various purposes.

We had a comfortable stay at a great location near shopping malls and parks. The room was spacious with a separate living room and a balcony. The showers were excellent and the bed was comfortable. Despite being on a busy road, there was no traffic noise at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were really nice, assisting us with taxis and providing helpful information. The location was excellent, as it was right opposite a beautiful shopping mall. We loved being able to walk to the mall and explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and was so nice.
